Finalizing your order / Returns and Exchanges
Due to covid 19, we are not able to accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
All consumers are responsible for any allergic reactions due to specific ingredients.
In the event that your product arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products or re-ship you the correct products. Please advise us via email at email@example.com within 3 days. If you are reporting damaged, leaking, or defective product, kindly include a picture in email.
All of our ingredients come from natural sources and are subject to variation in color, texture and aroma. These variations are normal and are not regarded as defective.
We will email you if we discover a payment problem when we process your order. If we are not able to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We do not store credit card information so we are not able to add additional items to an existing order.
Out of stock items
If for whatever reason you order something that is in stock at the time of purchase or not in stock we will notify you in this rare situation.
Orders processed online generally take 2-3 business days to be shipped however time may vary based on volume of orders.
We cannot be held responsible for any damages or theft they may happen after product is delivered. Customers are held responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are added if customer is not home when package is delivered. Customer is also responsible for any fees if address is incorrectly inputted at time of purchase.
